After clicking the "Start Remote Support Session" link above you will be presented with a 'Security Warning' dialog box, this is to let you know that a file will be downloaded from the internet to your computer. Click the "Run" button.
You will then be presented with another "Security Warning" dialog box so you can confirm that you wish to run this program. Click the "Run" button.
The "Arcanza Remote Support Application" will then run and you can double click on one of the listed support technicians to start the support session.
Do not attempt to start a support session without first contacting Arcanza on 01332 287700. Any support sessions started without the prior consent of Arcanza will be rejected.
